The vineyards of the Ronca winery are located to the South of the Garda Lake, in the Bardolino and Custoza DOC region. The Morenic hills are rich in clay and gravel, with a significant drainage, their composition is also rich in clay and the colour of the ground is dominated by a particular red colour.
The new, modern wine cellar, built in 2006, is fully equipped for the vinification of numerous autochthonous grape varieties growing on the estate, such as Garganega, Corvina, Trebbianello, leaving a space for international grape varieties such as Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. This wide choice allows us to give the maximum aromatic potential to each of the wines.
In the wine cellar only estate grown grapes are used, which have been carefully hand selected from the Bardolino and Custoza Doc vineyards. Only the best, perfectly mature grapes are selected.
At present, the Ronca winery produces 50.000 bottles of wine, with a potential for 350.000 bottles with estate grown grapes.
The selection of Ronca wines is wide offering the maximum espression of the Morenic hills and Garda Lake area, its special climante and are the loving work of an expert team of wine makers.
